Shipping & Deliveries

All orders placed before 12pm (GMT) are dispatched on the same day (except Saturday & Sunday) unless stated otherwise on the product page. Delivery timeline after dispatch depends on the country it is being delivered to. Please see below.

Delivery estimates:

Silk Press Straightener:

United Kingdom: 1 - 3 working days after dispatch
Europe: 3 - 5 working days after dispatch
Other countries: 5 - 7 working days after dispatch

Hair extensions/other products:
United Kingdom: 3 - 5 working days after dispatch
Europe: 4 -5 working days after dispatch
Other countries: 5 - 7 working days after dispatch

Courier services/insurance

All orders are dispatched using using either Royal Mail, DHL, UPS or FedEX. All orders are insured and tracked by your shipping courier.

Shipping delays

TAUPE TOOLS are not held responsible for any shipping delays due to holidays, natural disasters, courier delays or mistakes made by you as a customer. Please note that bank holidays do not count as a working day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Failed deliveries

All orders are shipped to the address you provide. Tracking numbers (if applicable) are sent to your email address as soon as your item(s) has been dispatched. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. All international orders are liable to pay the duty and VAT or custom fees. TAUPE TOOLS are not responsible for these fees. All orders placed will have to be signed for upon delivery. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

Returns

Once you place your order, we cannot cancel your order so we advise that you review your order carefully before completing payment.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: returns attract a 5% restocking fee unless goods received are proved to be faulty upon receipt.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@taupetools.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After confirmation of return, you have 2 working days to send your item(s) to the address provided with your return label. Failure to send item(s) within the aforementioned time frame means TAUPE TOOLS will no longer be able to provide you with a refund. Customers who choose to return their item(s) are responsible for shipping fees when returning their item(s) to TAUPE TOOLS.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (up to 7 working days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We reserve the right to decline a refund if item is in unsatisfactory condition.



Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, nor hair extensions due to the nature of goods.
